We said goodbye to the sweet lady who owned at Quoc Dinh and the beautiful sandy shores of Mui Ne and set off straddling Didge for our next adventure. Next stop: Da Lat. The only thing between us and the cool weather of Da Lat was 219 kms of winding, bumpy, stunning ‘road’. We had opted to take the less-touristy road, rather then stick on the highway and (once again) it proved much more spectacular than we could have imagined. As you can clearly see from the picture, the road had more holes than a cheese grater but the scenery on said road led us to some breath taking views. Besides the easy-on-the-eye views, the people on this road gave you the biggest smile and 'wtf are you doing out here' look as you drove past. |
I better go, I'm using the blog as a way to get out of packing, subsequently Justin's getting nothing done on his own.
