After 45 minutes worth of paddling we found ourselves on a pristine beach with only one hut on it, housing a local family and their 3 dogs. We spent hours on the island which felt like ours, just relaxing and swimming. Justin convinced me to go snorkeling for the first time (sook who hates deep water) it was honestly one of the best experiences in my life, there was an abundance of fish, untouched coral and we were literally the only 2 people exploring it.
This meant the next half of our trip was boring to write about and would have been horrible for you to read about, so ill skip to Puerto Princesa (not that it gets much better).
We were now staying in Audussie Pension, thankfully my sickness went away long enough for us to go down to the bay and walk along it at sunset, however, as night struck it appeared to be Justin’s turn with the dreaded travellers sickness. I’ll end this blog post now; for your own good, you really don’t need to hear about the details of the next 24 hours.
I’ve got to go, Justin’s back needs patting.
